Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with the product you received, or if the product has a defect, please contact Pet Veggie Market Customer Service within 7 days of receiving the product to request a return or exchange.
Depending on the situation, a one-way logistics handling fee of NT$100 may be charged for returns or exchanges.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product, please contact our customer service team via phone, LINE, Facebook fan page, or email.
Kindly provide your order number, name, and phone number, and our customer service staff will contact you shortly.
When returning the product, please ensure that the item, all accessories, and any complimentary gifts are fully packed in a cardboard box.
We will arrange a round-trip shipment and send you the correct or a brand-new replacement item.
Simply hand the incorrect or defective product to the logistics courier for collection.
Returns
If you wish to return a product, please contact us via phone, LINE, Facebook fan page, or email, and provide your order number, name, and phone number.
Our customer service team will contact you and arrange for HCT Logistics to collect the returned item from your address.
Returned items must include all accessories and complimentary gifts, be placed back in the original product packaging, and securely packed in a cardboard box.
Please write the purchaser’s name on the package before handing it to the courier.
Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it is complete and in good condition, we will proceed with the refund.
If the returned item was part of a promotional bundle and the returned quantity does not meet the promotional requirements, any retained items will be charged at the original price, and the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
Refund Methods
Credit Card: Refund will be processed back to the original credit card used for payment, subject to the issuing bank’s processing time.
ATM Transfer: Refund will be transferred to the customer’s designated bank account.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Conditions
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
Requests made after the 7-day return period
Food or consumable products that have been opened or used
Products with damaged, dirty packaging or missing the original packaging
Products that have not been properly stored or have been damaged due to misuse, including scratches, stains, or breakage
Products that have been used or washed; for hygiene and health reasons, returns or exchanges are not accepted
